Thomas Hemmens is a Southern California based multi-instrument, multi-genre musician and songwriter. He can be heard strumming chords on an acoustic guitar or executing a brutal, technical solo on an electric guitar. Singer/songwriter, rock, metal, pop, jazz and orchestral genres all feel like home. In addition to his solo projects, he is a founding member and guitarist of the progressive extreme metal band Black Moon Lilith and guitarist of The Four and a a Half, a jazz/rock/pop ensemble.
His solo acoustic guitar EP Silhouette was released in 2024. Broken Arrows, the first single from a collaboration with Olivia Lakhani, was released in 2025. Black Moon Lilith released a seven song album At Furthest Distance in 2025 to add to singles Moribund (2023) and Wake Up (2024). Releases can be enjoyed on music streaming platforms.
